- Technical information — basic, anonymised analytics (such as pages visited) may be collected to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.

- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an introductory consultation or appointment.
- To communicate with you about your appointment or request.
- To improve and maintain this website.

Information you share during therapy is separate from this website and is treated with strict professional confidentiality, governed by the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and professional ethical guidelines. Clinical records are kept securely and are not shared except as required or permitted by law (for example, where there is a risk of serious harm).

I do not sell or rent your personal information. Enquiry-form submissions are processed and stored by my website host's form service (Netlify) and delivered to my email so I can respond. These service providers process data on my behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

I keep enquiry information only as long as necessary to respond to you and for reasonable record-keeping, after which it is deleted. Clinical records are retained in accordance with HPCSA requirements.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your information against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You have the right to ask me to access, correct, update or delete the personal information I hold about you, and to object to its processing.
